MY APPROACH
I often begin therapy within a Cognitive Behavioural, [CBT] framework.
However, I extensively draw upon other modalities such as Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT); Schema Therapy; Brief Solution Focussed Therapy; and Positive Psychology.
